From The Tenth Amendment Center:

South Carolina H4522 would completely ban the use “stingrays” to track the location of phones and sweep up electronic communications. Passage of the bill would not only protect privacy in the Palmetto State, but would also hinder one aspect of the federal surveillance state. It must pass through the House Judiciary Committee before the bill can receive a vote in the full house.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS to support this important bill.

1. Call the House Judiciary Committee Chair, Greg Delleney. Strongly, but respectfully urge him to move this important bill forward to a vote in his committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.
Delleney: (803) 734-3120

2. Call the rest of the committee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on H.4522.
