From Graver:

During a Senate hearing in which former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger was involved, Code Pink activists participated in a demonstration calling for the arrest of Kissinger for war crimes. Their protest involved the chant “arrest Henry Kissinger for war crimes,” and was repeated for an extended amount of time while being supplemented by signs and other visual aids such as handcuffs.

Sen. John McCain waited until the protesters had been quelled, then conveyed his sincere displeasure of having to endure such a demonstration. His highly-disdainful comments were punctuated by his statement “shut up or I’ll have you arrested,” after which he referred to the activists as ‘low-life scum.”
